Join Our Team as a Dynamic Finance Manager! PART TIME

responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for financial and banking matters
• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse financial data to support decision-making
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements (HMRC)
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing and transactions
• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment runs
• Develop mechanisms to minimise financial risk and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Coordinate with auditors for annual monitoring
• Lead and develop the accounts team
• Stay updated on financial regulations and legislation

Qualifications:

• AAT qualification required, ACCA accreditation preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations
• Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills
• Problem-solving ability with initiative and attention to detail
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
• Decisive leadership with motivation skills
• Proficient in IT application
