Title: Project Coordinator/Manager Location: Crowborough Salary :
GBP25,000 – GBP30,000 DOEHours: 8:30am –5pm – Monday – FridayLocation: Crowborough, East Sussex (onsite parking) TN Recruits have an excellent opening with a well–established and award winning technology company for an attentive, self–motivated Project Coordinator to join their expanding team! They are seeking great analytical ability, coupled with a positive mindset and strong organisational skills.
Your role: - Liaising with various 3rd parties to obtain updates and progress on orders
- Placing orders with various suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Collaborating with our Telecoms team on projects
- Ensure all the correct equipment and information is to hand for upcoming projects
- Regular contact with customers via telephone and email
- Creating workflows
- Inputting accurate and up to date information on our internal CRM to ensure products ordered are maintained and delivered correctly
Ideal person: - Must have experience in the Telecoms industry.
- Excellent problem–solving, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in VOIP
- Self–motivated and driven to succeed
- Resilient with a positive mind–set
- Able to operate according to the Company's values of respect, responsibility, teamwork, commitment, excellence, and passion
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Organisational skills
- Strong communication, written and spoken
