Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities include:
- Manage and process all enquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and record management
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the institution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in secretarial and business support roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using administrative software and database systems
- Understanding of the not–for–profit sector
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
Job Offer
- An estimated hourly rate of between GBP12 – GBP14 per hour
