My client, a global Consultancy, is looking for a Change Manager for a SAP Transformation programme to be the primary touch point for all Change Management interventions and any on-ground implementations as required for their client.
The successful applicant will be responsible for formulating Organizational Change Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Sponsor establishment, Communications Management, Training Management, Gap Assessment, Risk and Resistance Management. Managing Change and Sustaining Change throughout the Organization, re-aligning Change KPIs and metrics in collaboration with client partners, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
Applicants must have extensive Business Change Management experience, communicating strategy to key stakeholders, managing business outcomes/measures of success and driving change. You must have worked on large scale SAP transformation projects and ideally come from a Manufacturing background.
