An esteemed law firm is now seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its team, offering the chance to work with high-profile clients in its growing Real Estate department.
Key Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate leases for landlords and tenants
- Execute property purchase and sale contracts, including due diligence
- Collaborate within the Real Estate department and support business development initiatives
- Manage workloads efficiently and handle financial aspects
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years' PQE with relevant real estate experience and demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. You will also hold strong interpersonal skills and be committed to providing an outstanding client experience.
