Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Manager Client Accounting to join one of Jersey’s leading audit, accounting and taxation services firm.

To ensure tax, legal and regulatory deadlines are met that require financial information to be completed. Responsibility for management of the Accounts team and driving them towards Operational Excellence through top quality and timely preparation of accounts. Providing technical assistance to accountants and bookkeepers when and where necessary. Provide Directors with required financial reporting on a timely basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage each tax, legal and regulatory deadline to ensure accounts are complete
  on time and financial information is available.
• Ensure procedures are followed and internal database kept up to date.
• Preparation of accounts for complex clients as delegated in accordance with
  procedures.
• Preparation of complex tax computations.
• Review of team accounts, providing advice and reducing inefficiencies through
  effective training and development.
• Clearance of accounting review points.
