Service Manager – Resilience and People

About the team
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service are looking for an experienced and motivated person with the vision to drive the Service forward. As a member of the Fire Leadership Team the Service Manager Resilience and People will work with colleagues across Fire and Rescue and Warwickshire County Council to make decisions and resolve issues around performance, risk, finance and people in the implementation of Fire and Rescue strategies.
