Salary : Up to £42,800.00 OTE

Skilled and flexible LCV Technician required for a varied role at our Maidenhead location.

Working as part of the Maidenhead Team, you will be responsible for completing routine maintenance inspections, servicing, general repairs right up to in-depth diagnosis, gearbox, engine replacements – wherever your skillset will take you. We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of the VW Commercial Brand!

• On Target Realistic Earnings (OTE) – £42,800.00 +
• Basic from £32,000.00 to £35,000.00 (dependant on ability)
• Hours are 40 per week – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (with 60-minute unpaid lunch)
• Weekends and outside basic hours paid at Overtime Rate x 1.5
• Additional efficiency bonus up to £6,000.00 per annum available on reaching target (paid monthly)

You will be able to increase your pay as you gain more experience and develop your skills, attend training and learn more about our brands.

You’ll work at Cordwallis Group with the world-renowned VW Commercial Vehicle brand. You’ll carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most innovative commercial vehicles in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at the NLC, VW’s dedicated training centre.

Preferred but not essential requirements

• Level 3 Qualification desired, however, we will consider time served applications over 5 years with proven experience
• Experience of working on light commercial vehicles
