Job description

1 Responsible for endtoend recruitment process JD Preparation Job Posting Sourcing from multiple

channels Screening Interviewing and Onboarding.

2 Collaborating with recruitment agencies and working closely with them for open positions. Evaluating and onboarding new agencies if required.

3 Expected to have a deep understanding of the business and various operations to work efficiently on the open positions

2 Driving a smooth and effective induction and onboarding experience for new joiners.

3 Participate in performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluationsand feedback mechanisms providing guidance to managers on performancerelated matters

4 Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

5 Taking care of training and professional development needs of employees for supporting their growth and career progression.

6 Contribute towards employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.

7 Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale by organizing teambuilding activities and events.

8 Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy workplace culture. Conduct regular checkins with employees to gauge job satisfaction and address any issues.

9 Evaluating onboarding and managing HRMS system for various HR processes

10 Responsible for leave and attendance management

11 Understanding and catering to the training and development needs of the employees
