We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Apprentice to join the people team on an 18-month fixed term contract. Please be aware this role is field based and will require travel.
As a Learning and Development Apprentice, you will learn different methods to conduct a learning needs analysis, assist in the design and delivery of virtual and face-to-face training sessions, and ensure accurate recording of data. All while building a network of key stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
You will support with booking training rooms, accommodation, and general co-ordination of our Management Induction & internal development programmes. You will have the opportunity to collate and analyse feedback, with the aim of driving continuous improvement for all programmes and people development opportunities within David Lloyd.

Tell me more about my apprenticeship: You will also study toward a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship and be allocated dedicated learning time to enable your studies.
This comprehensive work-based programme will help you develop your skills and provide you training and support so that long term you can develop yourself in this role. Your training programme will take 15 to 18 months to complete and does include CIPD certification as part of the programme.
You will have a structured training plan giving time with areas of the wider Talent team to build your knowledge and experience of our wider Training and Development activities to support your learning.
