Fantastic opportuity for a people driven Finance Manager to join a rapidly expanding team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director to pro-actively manage and control the ledger functions of the Group.

You will ultimately be responsible for the management of a team of approx 12 accounts / ledger assistants and therefore must be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing, leading and coaching teams.

You will work with the Management Accountant to provide relevant information for production of timely and accurate management accounts along with :

• Ownership of the ledgers for the Group
• Overseeing invoicing and credit control processses
• On going process improvements
• Management of intercompany transactions
• Ensure team development and motivation
• Ad hoc finance projects as an when requried by the business

This position will suit either a qualified of QBE "hands on" manager who enjoys making a difference. A positive can do attitude is esstential as is a desire to meet deadlines and targets.
