We're giving you the opportunity to pick and mix up to three incredible incentives from our 12 Days of Christmas Campaign when you apply for selected pubs by 19.01.2024 and go on to sign a Fixed-Term Agreement with us by 29.03.2024. The Beck is a traditional local community pub on the main road out of Brighouse towards Bradford, the Beck is well known for having a steady wet trade over the years. The traditional styled internal layout includes a larger than expected trading area with split levels providing flexibility to cater for darts, small functions and seating near to the bar for regulars. The pub has an attractive back bar and excellent range of hand-pulls and furnishings are a mixture of loose and fixed seating with banquettes fitted beneath the two front feature windows. To the rear of the pub there is a conveniently sized beer garden, furnished with a few picnic tables and a smoking solution, an ideal space for drinks during the warmer months. The car park, which has direct access into the pub, has a tarmac surface and space for 10 vehicles, and has in the past been well-utilised for beer festivals and live music events.

Brighouse is a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Calderdale, in West Yorkshire. Historically within the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is situated on the River Calder, four miles east of Halifax in the Pennines. With dense housing behind the Beck and a large amount of passing traffic using the Bradford Road, this location is well suited for a great community pub. The area is mainly residential and there are some offices and commercial premises nearby.
