Job description
A close-knit specialist family law boutique in Stafford is looking for its next rising star Family Solicitor to join its team, working exclusively on private family law cases.
You’ll form part of the team’s succession plan and therefore enjoy an unrivalled progression pathway all the way up to Director level.
In addition to highly competitive pay, you’ll benefit from an annual bonus (based on firm performance rather than individual targets), which the firm has paid out each year since its inception.
The firm offers a generous hybrid working policy and bags of job security, as finances are closely managed, and they are one of the few law firms to have no debt, loan or overdraft.
You’ll work directly for two high-profile family lawyers, who established the firm following prolific careers at national law firms. They founded this friendly yet mighty boutique for lawyers looking for successful and varied careers providing high quality family law services without the corporate culture you usually find within larger firms.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow your profile whilst assisting on complex cases and handling your own caseload of exclusively private family matters – so this is a great opportunity for anyone who has a mixed family caseload right now but would like to move into an exclusively private family role.
Due to the firm’s location, a proportion of its client base is made up of Ministry of Defence personnel, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and build a valuable and interesting specialism.
