Together we are actively seeking a dynamic RMN and RNLD Nurses for their state-of-the-art 3-bedded low secure hospital in Cardiff. Designed for adults with Mental Health conditions, Personality Disorders, and Mild Learning Disabilities, our patient-centric approach places well-being at the core of our mission.
The hospital's goal is to help patients gain independence and, when feasible, transition to community living through a therapeutic approach to recovery. Run a 12-week rotating treatment programme to support individuals with their comprehensive needs. Programmes are repeated as needed to assist in risk management, the development of coping strategies, and the identification of individual requirements.
