Sheffield Permanent £62,000 - £70,000 per year
The client is a full service national law firm with offices across the UK. The firm has a growing Litigation team who advise corporate clients across the region. The disputes team is recognised as a leading team by the legal directories and the firm can offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a growing disputes practice and you will work closely with the Partners in the team. You will get involved in a range of work including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud, professional negligence work to contentious insolvency matters. You will take responsibility for your own caseload of files and support senior fee earners on larger higher value disputes.
You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has ties to Sheffield and strong academics. Given the structure of the existing team this role will suit a Solicitor who is likely to be between 1-4 years PQE although this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role
