Job description
The post holder will work within a multi disciplinary nurse led team under the long arm supervision of the occupational therapists and physiotherapists. You will provide holistic care for up to two weeks working along side individuals to ensure they meet their identified goals You will have the opportunity to develop skills that traditionally are outside the role of the traditional therapy remit. Successful applicants will have access to clinical supervision andin-service-training. Rapid Response operates from 08.00 to 20.00. Shift pattern routinely will be 08.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday, however if service demands dictate you may be asked to work the occasional weekend and Bank Holiday - To be discussed at interview.
