Walker and Sloan are proud to be working for a well known digital design agency in Cardiff, as they are seeking a talented Digital Senior Account Manager to join their team on a full time basis. The role involves being on-site for four days whilst working remotely for one day.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager within our dynamic design agency, you will play a crucialrole in managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing projects, and ensuringthe successful delivery of creative solutions. You will collaborate closely with internalteams, including designers, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure thatclient expectations are exceeded while delivering and exceeding agreed monthlytargets. You must have previous experience of working in a busy Design / MarketingAgency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Relationship Building:? Build and maintain new and existing client relationships, actively participating increative brainstorm meetings, and develop and manage strategic planning.? Undertake key administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of clientprojects.? Provide agency customers with opportunities to improve product/campaignawareness.
Integrated Digital Strategy:? Collaborate with clients and internal project teams to evaluate briefs, identifyingthe most relevant channels for integrated digital / traditional strategies toachieve desired results.? Develop activation strategies encompassing audience targeting, user journeys,and expected engagement rates, utilising a data-driven approach to measure,analyse, and continuously improve the impact of projects through conversionrate optimization (CRO).
Digital Campaign Management:? Project manage and oversee the digital team on paid media and searchcampaigns, including creation, optimization, and reporting across social, search,and display channels.? Collaborate with CR’s digital team to deliver platform providers to ensure bestpractices in digital communication approaches and configurations.? Contribute to the formulation of 360-degree media advertising strategies incollaboration with directors.
Content Creation and Marketing:? Write content for advertisements, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and socialmedia within the context of project requirements.? Oversee the execution of remarketing campaigns and demonstrate expertise inemail marketing strategies.
Integration and Optimization:? Manage and integrate digital campaigns with websites, both online and offline, toensure a seamless customer journey.? Analyse, report, and provide feedback on digital campaigns in coordination withthe Digital Social Media Manager.? Manage CMS web and lead generation sites, understanding web analytics foroptimization.
Industry Awareness and Innovation:? Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure clients’brands are at the forefront of any new developments.? Prepare presentations for various audiences, actively participate in workshops,and contribute to pitching activities.
Experience and Expertise:? Proven experience in strategy setting and plan formulation for digital and socialmedia / awareness campaigns.? Brand creation and implementation.? Successful implementation and management of digital campaigns.? Proficiency in campaign reporting tools (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, social mediaanalytics).? Familiarity with various paid platforms, especially LinkedIn advertising andinMail.? Experience in overseeing pay-per-click campaigns, preferably on Google.? Demonstrated ability to run remarketing campaigns and execute communicationmarketing strategies.? In-depth understanding of B2B digital campaigns and web analytics.? Knowledge of software management tools such as Harvest, Zoho, Sprout,Pipedrive, or equivalent would be a benefit.
Communication and Presentation:? Strong presentation and pitching skills with a proven track record of successfuldigital projects.? Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.Challenges and Opportunities:? Identify and communicate potential challenges that may hinder the achievementof targets.? Provide agency customers with opportunities to improve on product/campaignawareness.
