Manager Business Partnering

Seniority: Mid-Senior Level

The main purpose of this role is to be the primary point of contact between SJP and Partners and Advisers who have recently exited Growth and Development and/or who are more well established.

You will work with them to support and maximise their business potential, objectives and goals within SJP. This supports the achievement of corporate growth objectives and improves the client experience.

Whilst having no direct Line Management responsibilities, you will lead a team of Partners and Advisers to support new business growth in line with company objectives.
