PRODUCT CO–ORDINATOR Pertemps Crawley are working on behalf of a specialist manufacturer and installation contractor, looking of a Product Co–Ordinator to join their successful, industry–leading company. As Product Co–Ordinator, you will be a key part of the Product team, reporting directly to the Product Manager you will be responsible for being main point of contact for stock and inventory management enquiries, ensuring stock levels are monitored and reported, equipment is organised for project works and being the key of the Product Team. The Role:
- Handle and proactively act on enquiries
- Take ownership of inventory – Managing and monitoring stock levels and providing reports to management
- Proactively placing orders with suppliers, taking supplier lead times into account and expediting orders when necessary
- Main point of contact for Product information and clearly communicating lead times and updates
- Liaising with the external warehouse to track off–site inventory and provide updates to the Project and Service teams when goods are booked in and out for project works or maintenance jobs.
- Assist the technical team in busy periods by creating and modifying plans, schematics and 3D drawings (AutoCAD/Solidworks)
- Assist the Product Manager with product development and new product introductions

- Clear, confident communication skills
- Strong aptitude for technical details
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Knowledge of system controls and CAD packages
- Motivated team player
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
