Job description
Are you an experienced delivery driver and confident driving 7.5tn vehicles? Or are you newly qualified and looking to kickstart your driving career? If so then we have a great opportunity for you!
We are recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic 7.5tn Delivery Drivers to work for a well-established client of ours on an ongoing basis in Enfield, EN3! You will be completing customer delivery work in and around London, Hertfordshire and Essex with the assistance of a drivers mate.
Potential to go permanent with the company after 12 weeks based on good performance!

The work does involve very heavy lifting of white goods and furniture so you MUST be physically fit. You must also have your own transport or live local enough to be able to rely on public transport.
Shift time: 06:00 to 17:00 OR 10:30 to 21:30 (your choice of shift!)
Working days: any 4 days between Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
Pay rate: £15.80 to £16.29 per hour, paid weekly
The role is temporary but ongoing and could potentially become permanent for the right candidate!
PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPANY HAS A MANUAL FLEET SO YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT DRIVING A MANUAL.
The work is subject to you passing a training day which includes a theory and driving assessment, as well as a manual handling test.
Drivers will have to meet the following criteria:
* Delivery driving experience and able to demonstrate
* Full UK manual licence with no more than 6 points
* Driver Qualification Card and Digitacho Card - valid and in date
* Be capable of heavy lifting on a daily basis as will be required to deliver furniture and white goods with the assistance of a Drivers Mate.
* Excellent communication skills are essential to provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Excellent attendance record and reliability.
* Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the client.
