A well-established law firm is currently looking for a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join their office in Banstead.


Position Overview: My client are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Private Client Solicitor to contribute to their growing practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced solicitors on a variety of private client matters, gaining exposure to a diverse range of cases.



Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Provide legal advice to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist senior solicitors in complex cases and transactions.
• Attend client meetings and represent the firm professionally.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
