**Your Mission: Enforcing Project Excellence**

You're not just coordinating tasks; you're enforcing a culture of excellence and efficiency within our agency and the perfect of projects that allow us to continually provide a red carpet service for our clients. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining project integrity, adherence to regulations, and timely delivery.

**Why we’re hiring:**

* The current enforcer is transitioning to focus more narrowly on specific aspects, necessitating the need for a dedicated individual to manage the project manager aspect effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Project Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and task allocation among project members.
* Process Oversight: Monitor and enforce completion of project steps, ensuring alignment with internal and external standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Deadline Management: Track project timelines rigorously, pushing teams to meet deadlines and escalating issues when necessary.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work produced, ensuring it meets project requirements and standards.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timeline, quality, or compliance.
* Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts within the team that could impact project delivery.
* Communication: Keep the founder informed about compliance, progress, and any issues that arise. 
* Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing project documentation.
* Reporting: Prepare and update project status reports, financial reports, and other documentation as required.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in project coordination or related roles.
* Familiarity and knowledge of Trello and Klaviyo is ideal but not essential.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills to ensure clarity and efficiency in interactions.
* Integrity and Accountability: A commitment to honesty and ownership in all responsibilities.
