Job description
A global business is seeking a Senior International Tax Manager for their West London office.
Responsibilities:
● Act as a tax business partner on international tax issues including providing advice on international growth strategy
● Leading on tax advisory elements of group projects including group restructuring, transfer pricing transformation and intercompany debt rationalisation
● Dealing with and advising on all tax matters relating to any M&A that may take place
● Strategic input and support in developing and maintaining transfer pricing strategy and policy
● Provide complex tax advice to the business on a wide range of transfer pricing and other international tax matters
● Manage overseas tax authority enquiries and audits including coordinating with other internal teams for data gathering and drafting responses.
Essential:
● ACA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT qualified
● Experience working in Big 4 or top 10 accountancy firm
