Sales Executive
Our clients are a fast-growing events management company providing experiences across the world and are currently seeking an ambitious and confident Sales Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for delivering successful and innovative events, working with a vibrant company with high ambitions.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £23,200 per year.
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): Opportunity to earn up to £30,400 in year one and £64,000 per year from year two onwards.
- Commission Structure: Earn 8% commission on every deal with the potential to reach 9% and 10% if weekly targets are met.
- Work-Life Balance: 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads or new prospective customers.
- Client Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of products or services.
- Negotiation: Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve sales targets and meet revenue goals.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues.
- Industry Knowledge: Keeping up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting: Reporting sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to sales managers or supervisors.
- Professional Development: Attending sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated on company policies and business practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously learning and improving sales techniques and strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Performance Incentive: Achieving monthly sales targets allows for a 15:30 daily finish time the following month.
