A multi disciplined organisation are looking for Building Control Surveyors to join their rapidly growing team in Oxford.

What will you do?
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
·Conducting technical reviews of building control submissions
·Preparing and issuing Plan Check Reports and Certificates
·Attending meetings and liaising with clients, design teams, architects, and contractors
·Conducting site visits and inspections with reports and follow up measures put in place
·Identify Business Development Opportunities
The Person
My client are looking for experienced or qualified building control surveyors with ideally RICS/CABE status or equivalent such as LABC qualified Level 5 or 6.
