Mobile Cleaner

Hourly Rate : £12 per hour

A dedicated Mobile Cleaner is urgently required for a permanent position, covering Chesterfield and Nottingham. The role involves cleaning new build houses to ensure they are ready for viewing and handover. As these are live construction sites, a CSCS card is essential.

Responsibilities of the Mobile Cleaner:

• Cleaning new build houses to prepare them for viewing and handover
• Adherence to safety regulations on live construction sites
• Working 10 hours a day to meet project requirements
• Conducting house audits using a provided system on a mobile device

Requirements for the Mobile Cleaner:

• CSCS card is mandatory
• Own transport is essential
• Immediate availability for an immediate start
• Ability to work 10 hours a day
