Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in our Retail Operations Team. In this role, you will be required to assist one of our different sports categories (Basketball, Cricket, Fit, Golf, Lifestyle, Rugby, Running, Tennis, Soccer, Teamwear) with website and product merchandising, ensuring that the information that our customers see on our websites is correct and current. This is a complex administration role that will require you to work with multiple stakeholders, processes, and systems.

What we need you to do
- Creating and processing Record Cards to ensure products are processed in a timely way, ready for launches and seasons.
- Entering new and updated information into the system by compiling and sorting data.
- Creating and processing price, hierarchy, attributes, assortments, launch dates data updates for products as when required.
- Be able to produce basic product descriptions in accordance with SEO guidelines.
- Creating documents for upcoming season and seasonal brochure plans. Keep these documents up to date daily.
- Working closely with other departments to decide how products should be displayed to maximise sales across all sites.
Your Skills
- Comprehensive administrative experience with the ability to demonstrate organisation, attention to detail, and a drive to constantly improve efficiencies.
- Professional attitude and demeanour, including courteous interactions with team members and other departments.
- Experience of simultaneously using multiple complex processes and systems as part of daily duties.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from other departments while managing expectations and appreciating different priorities and perspectives.
- Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (formulas, advanced formatting, basic data manipulation)
- Experience in Website merchandising.
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX would be desirable.
