eLearning Designer

We are seeking an experienced eLearning creator with expertise in Articulate. As an instructional designer you will take briefs from around the business and liaise with these stakeholders on a regular basis.
What you'll do:
- Develop and design interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyse learning content requirements
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that align with learning objectives
- Integrate multimedia elements, such as animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance learning experiences
- Utilise accessibility guidelines to ensure that eLearning courses are inclusive for all learners
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM reports to track and analyse training data
- Identify trends and patterns in training data to inform instructional design decisions
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning materials
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's Learning and Development strategy
- Manage a variety of stakeholders from around the business
- Manage Oracle HCM course content, including creating, editing, and publishing courses
- Ensure that content is aligned with company learning objectives
- Curation of off-the-shelf eLearning
- Administer training records and track learner progress
- Provide support to learners on Oracle HCM-related training materials
- Use Oracle Guided Learning to design new guides and amend existing guides for our HR System.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and effective eLearning courses, analysing training data, and administration of these courses on our Learning Management System.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in eLearning creation and development
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Proficient in Articulate 360
- Strong understanding of eLearning principles and best practices
- Experience working with diverse learning audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
