Excellent opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join a well-established FMCG business!
As Production Team Leader, you will lead a small team across multiple lines in a fast-paced factory, accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the shift. It will be your duty to ensure the working environment is safe and complaint! You will take the lead with delegating work and ensuring your team achieves all operational KPIs. Our client is looking for a hardworking candidate who has experience leading teams within FMCG / manufacturing. Ideally you will also have an excellent working knowledge of H&S and Quality standards within a manufacturing environment. Having food safety, HACCP and CI qualifications will be an advantage.
