Are you a debt/ disputes specialist looking for an opportunity in-house?

Legal Disputes/ Debt Specialist – Peterborough – hybrid working – Part time (24 hours a week)

Client
A leading nationwide real estate business spaces firm, with an interesting variety of work and a supportive team. 

Role

• Working closely with the Chief Executive and Credit Control team, managing responses and actions in relation to contractual disputes and queries.
• Assessing, investigating, and drafting responses to debt claims and contractual disputes.
• Briefing and managing external solicitors in relation to higher value or specialist cases.
• There will also be the opportunity to get involved in wider commercial matters 

You

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the legal debt recovery field and firsthand experience of the litigation process.
• Law Degree/CILEX part or full qualification or relevant experience in similar role
• Existing knowledge of Commercial Landlord & Tenant Law would be helpful but is not essential.
• Commercially minded and willing to get involved in the business
