client is in search of an individual eager to advance their career and step into a managerial position. This role serves as a gateway for the ideal candidate to embark on a journey of career progression, involving a blend of office-based responsibilities and direct engagement with children within the home. This opportunity is tailor-made for those aspiring to elevate their professional trajectory and take the next step towards managerial responsibilities.
You will receive support from the complete teams at both residences, as well as guidance from the dual Manager overseeing both homes. Given their close proximity, approximately 5 minutes apart, a driver's license is not imperative. Your responsibilities will include undertaking two sleep-ins per week, at an additional £63 per sleep. Additionally, there is a paid on-call component, shared among the Deputies and Managers.
My client offers comprehensive support and training to all personnel, aiming for the success of their various residences. They seek an individual who can seamlessly integrate into this role, with the capacity to excel from the outset. The client is open to considering candidates currently outside the children's sector, as long as they have prior experience within the past five years.
