Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive category growth through effective analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
- Collaborate with grocery, trade, and retail partners to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Utilize market insights and data from leading analytics providers such as IRI, Kantar, and Dunnhumby to make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize category performance.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Category Manager within the FMCG industry.
- Expertise in grocery, trade, and retail channels.
- Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools, including IRI, Kantar, or Dunnhumby.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
