CloudPay has a full-time position for a Senior Event Marketing Manager who can lead our event program in the US and Europe. You’ll lead the event planning process, collaborating with key business stakeholders to plan and execute CloudPay’s participation in key industry conferences as well as alliance partner and customer events in the US and Europe. You’ll bring new ideas and best practices aimed at making an impact – attracting, engaging and delighting event participants while introducing them to our industry-leading global employee pay solutions.
The right person for this role will be a creative self-starter with experience managing events from beginning to end: defining goals and objectives; shaping booth content; organizing ancillary events (dinners, receptions, co-marketing activities, etc.); collaborating on pre- and post-event marketing campaigns; managing budgets; reporting results; and overseeing logistics and outside contractor/vendor management.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the successful execution of the annual CloudPay event program, including trade shows, alliance partner and customer events in Europe and the US
- Identify trade show sponsorship opportunities, ensuring selected events align with target audiences and support larger corporate marketing strategy and sales goals; maintain and publish annual event calendar.
- Lead the event planning process – in collaboration with Content Marketing, Demand Generation, Alliance Partners and Sales/Inside Sales – to define clear goals and objectives for each event
- Oversee all aspects of event execution, including messaging, booth design, signage, hand-outs, giveaways, in-booth presentations, multi-media; ancillary events (dinners, receptions); staffing and travel; lead management, onsite logistics (set-up and tear-down), and staff training.
- Complete post-reporting of each event to ensure continuous improvement and optimizations, including debriefing sessions, the preparation of reports, insights on ROI, and the closeout of all billing details.
- Review and research future events for sales and marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to management regarding webinar and trade show selection
- Oversee budget allocation for selected events. Ensure event/project budgets are tracked and that we execute initiatives within scope and on budget.
- Assist with data uploads following events to ensure complete visibility of event results and sales pipeline contribution.

Attributes and Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable education/experience.
- Extensive relevant experience in event/meeting planning or similar marketing program management; B2B technology / SaaS organization a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, SmartSheet, Wrike, Trello, Basecamp or similar
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- Ability to analyze the success of each event and propose creative new improvements to the attendees’ experience. Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Knowledge of event registration and webinar software is helpful, e.g., EventBrite or similar
- Experience with marketing automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) a strong plus
