Job description

An independant, family run practice is looking for an experienced Optometrist to join their relaxed, well established, boutique practice based in the Coastal town of Southport.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a warm and friendly, family run boutique practice who are looking to bring an experienced Optometrist on board their high end practice.

The role will ideally be a full time role of five days a week, situated in a practice that is modern and fitted with the most up to date equipment.

Extended test times up to 40 minutes allow the delivery of high level care, in a relaxed customer environment.

You will become part of a hard working team of optical professionals, including dispensing opticians, contact lense opticians and receptionist, who always work with patient care at the forefront of everything they do. The main priority is offering exceptional patient care, building long term relationships with patients.

With both clinical and professionals progression opportunities available too, you will have the opportunity to develop as the growing practice continues to expand.

Applications are welcome from experienced Optoms of 4+ years. The practice specialises in CUES, Pre and Post Cataract and due to single testing it is requested that individuals who apply do already have extensive experience specialising in these.

Key Duties

• Full time basis (minimum 4 days)
• 9am-5.30pm
• 40 minute test times
• Provide a warm, friendly and high quality service, putting exceptional customer care and building long term relationships at the forefront of everything you do
• Be part of team including dispensing opticians, contact lense opticians and receptionist, that recognises the importance of customer care and individual attention
• CUES, Pre and Post Cataract
