Job description
Joining a Legal 500 top-tier international law firm that has an outstanding reputation, these particular opportunities will be based in Edinburgh where the well-regarded Corporate team seeks an additional associate and senior associate.
You will join an experienced team and have excellent exposure to high quality matters including (not an exhaustive list) mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance, and advisory work. There may also be an element of overseeing the work of more junior members within the team at a senior level.
Offering an opportunity to travel to various events both within the UK and internationally, as well as real career progression prospects and a collaborative working environment. These corporate associate/senior associate opportunities should be considered by those who are looking to develop their career and relish in a client facing role.
The successful candidates will have gained at least 3 years' PQE within corporate law, be commercially minded and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for this area of law.
