Job description
The Head of Investor Relations will take the lead in shaping and building the framework, team structure and narrative to deliver compelling communications to the external investor community and key stakeholders. You will lead the creation and delivery of communications of business strategy, business performance and ESG topics across digital formats, quarterly reports, presentations and other investor communications.
- Work with the leadership team to develop the communications narrative.
- Work with internal teams to create exact communications to highlight the organisation's achievements, opportunities and future outlook.
- Help the organisation develop a strong connection to external investors and develop effective communication processes to proactively respond to queries with informative content and data while meeting regulatory protocols.
- Develop the communication style and narrative that will enable investors to clearly and concisely understand the business performance in annual reports, quarterly updates, and investor presentations in an inclusive style to appeal to a diverse audience of investors and stakeholders.
- Keep the leadership team informed of market trends and peer organisations to assist in the development of statements and presentations given to investors and agencies.
- Ensure IR sections of websites are correct and informative.
