Sales Executive / Telemarketing Location: Whiteley, with one optional day WFH per week.Salary: up to £27,000 basic P/A with OTE of £40,000 in the first year!Plus, fantastic benefits such as uncapped commission.Hours: 40 hours.Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Telemarketing Executive to join a multi-award-winning team, due to significant growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is now looking for something more than just your average customer service position, you’ll be joining the technical field and be welcomed into family-feel team!As the Sales Executive / Telemarketing Executive you will be responsible for:* To spend 2-3 hours of your day making outbound calls to generate interest in the company products and services * To spend time during the day completing market research using online sources and social media* Managing the clients’ expectations realistically, with a strong focus on deadlines and responsibilities.* Delivering KPI’s and exceeding sales targets where possible.* Following up on leads in efficient and targeted timescales.* Reporting back to Head of Sales with performance statistics.* To handle inbound sales enquiries via email and on the the telephone. * Be proactive and identify opportunities for improvements in processes.* Actively searching for new sales opportunities via social media platforms.* Liaising with other Sales Team members to see the sales process through.Experience required for the Sales Executive/ Telemarketing Executive:* Ideally have some exposure to a Sales role or have the drive to want to have a career within sales. * To be confident in making outbound calls. * To be confident in dealing with objections.* Exceptionally professional telephone manner.* Proven track record with KPI delivery.* Confident in using your own integrity to make decisions.* Be confident in your approach and be driven by success.* Be a huge team player- everyone helps each other.* Be focused, organised and target driven.Interested applicants should apply with their CV ASAP.INDHP
