Order to Cash departments are responsible for set of business processes to manage from sales order right through to customer payments. It includes Invoicing, Pricing & Discounts, Dispute, Customer Payments, Credit Risk and Collection processes.
OtC Process manager role reports directly to the Senior Process Manager of OTC stream and ensures operational delivery according to the company’s standards and strategy, effective controls and partnership with key stakeholders. The role requires to build strong partnership with Finance and Commerce organization, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Process manager as the people leader will lead teams of 6-7 team leaders (60-70 employees in total), and its operational deliverables, develop talents, build engagement, and foster collaboration across teams and streams.
Your responsibilities would include:
As Business Leader:
- having primary ownership for the service delivery as per the agreed volumes and quality,
- ensuring and setting standards for business partnership with OpCos and within HK Krakow
- managing internal controls mind-set and embed internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively, and any deficiency is mitigated
- being responsible for team/ function’s budget planning and proactively controls actual costs vs. budget
- planning rightsizing of the teams compared with business requirement
- building CPI mind-set by challenging the status quo to look for most efficient ways of working
- being accountable for the key projects and initiatives for the OTC teams.
As People Leader:
- being a role model and ensures people leadership standards are executed
- managing the team of 6-7 team leaders, secures effective team structure and clarify roles & responsibilities inc. back up structure
- reviewing performance regularly; provide ongoing feedback to teams and individuals addressing under performs and recognizing best people and teams
- planning succession, developing best people in the pipeline, providing coaching and mentoring
- cascading information effectively and acting as a connector to Management for Employees
- building pipeline of talents for leadership roles and secures their effective onboarding.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- at least 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- at least 3 years of experience in people leader job
- successful career record as experienced and mature people leader
- proven successful track in process, people & function management
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- strong drive and ownership to deliver best in class services
- ability to manage challenging stakeholders’ relationships in dynamic and complex process environment
- ability to develop and coach current and future people leaders
- fluency in English, additional European language is a plus.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- CIMA, ACCA or adequate certification Excellent written and verbal English.
