Job Title: Legal Team PAs

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Salary: to £50,000 + Exceptional Benefits and Hybrid Working

Leading US law firm, located close to Liverpool Street, are looking for Team Legal PAs to assist their corporate and commercial litigation teams. You will be supporting a team consisting of partners and senior associates with both administrative and secretarial support.

Duties are not limited to but include:

• Extensive and complex diary and travel management. Typing and amending documents including correspondence, agreements etc. Proof reading documents, agreements etc. Billing, invoicing, and tracking expenses. Assisting with confidential projects. Opening and closing of files, conflict checks etc.

Ideally, our client is looking for a legal secretary / PA with at least 2 years’ experience from another US / international law firm. The successful candidate must also be positive, proactive and be a strong team player.
