Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience in Highways Maintenance to join a client in Hampshire on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of various projects across the Highways, Public Realm and Transportation disciplines as well as managing design schemes into construction / handover stages and stakeholder / public engagement and liaison.

This is a full–time contract position. The rate on offer is GBP35 – GBP40 per hour – negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements available.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Managing a range of high profile highways, traffic calming and public realm projects
– Delivering a range of carriageway resurfacing, footway paving and public realm maintenance schemes
– Managing "design and build" projects on highways, footways and carriageways

Previous experience in Public Realm and Highways is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Engineers & Technicians with similar backgrounds across the South of UK – please get in touch to find out more.
