Senior Care Assistant - IMMEDIATE START

Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, PE11 2EL

Rate or Salary: £11.42 per hour, advance payments for training, and industry recognised qualifications, flexible shifts

What you will do as a Senior Care Assistant:

We are looking for passionate and hardworking senior carers to assist our residents to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life, maintaining their dignity and helping them to feel valued members of society. You will be promoting independence, choice and inclusion. The role includes supervising care staff, from the provision of support for day-to-day activities of daily living to full physical and psychological care for people at the end of their life. You will also assist people to take their medication, develop and update care plans, lead a team of staff and work with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family.

Nestled in the heart of the historic market town of Spalding, Halmer Court care home is a lovingly designed residence which offers a spacious and luxurious environment that is highly suited to the needs of older people with care needs looking to achieve a relaxing lifestyle and retirement. The home has 61 single rooms, all with ensuite facilities.
