Pay: £40,000-£45,000

NonStop's client, based in the South East, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

This therapeutic agency has a great reputation for their child centred approach . They put a lot of emphasis on children's mental health and well-being, giving tailored care when needed in order to give the best outcomes to children. Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Manage a caseload in and around in and around Kent
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
