Collections Advisor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm – Office Based
Location: Wrexham
My client is a leading provider within the waste management industry has an exciting opportunity within their head office for Collection Advisors to join the Credit Control Team.
- Responsibilities as the customer service advisor:
- Collect and reduce debt on assigned invoices.
- Support and educate customers on payment timescales and patterns to minimize debt.
- Investigate and resolve issues faced by customers.
- Work Environment:
- Fast-paced setting dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Qualities Needed:
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Desire to support and assist customers.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Credit Control
- Customer service
- Preferred Experience:
- Ideally, recent experience in collections or debt management.
- Full training, guidance, and support will be provided.
