With a strong focus on collaboration, Applebridge’s approach is to engage early, offering pre-construction assistance, design advice, risk assessment, programme rationalisation and value engineering.  They pride themselves on delivering exceptional results and as they continue to grow, they need a talented Managing Surveyor (with the potential to develop into the role of Commercial Lead for the North East) to play a pivotal role in shaping their future success.  Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will:

We are inviting applications from commercially astute Managing Surveyors (or experienced Senior Surveyors ready for their next move) who have a genuine passion for delivering results.  Experience in Earthworks or Groundworks is required, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with and influence a wide range of people.  Internal development and career progression is at the heart of Applebridges’ success and with 30% of the Applebridge Family Senior Management Team joining the business as Trainee/Apprentices we need your commitment to helping to support our trainee team members through their professional development.

As a group of highly motivated professionals, we aim to be the best at what we do, and it is essential that candidates are similarly inclined – in return, we can offer an exciting opportunity to work, grow and thrive in an environment that will challenge, support, and reward you for your dedication.
