Job Title: Head of Fleet Compliance
Location: Faslane, Helensburgh + Hybrid Working Arrangements
Compensation: £75,000 - £85,000 Depending on experience + Bonus, Car Allowance, Healthcare

The role
As a Head of Fleet Compliance you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Babcock provides services including fleet time engineering, facilities management, waterfront services, logistics and transport within an agreed operating budget, firmly focused on continuous and sustainable improvement in warship and submarine support.
Day to day, you'll lead and manage the following teams in order to meet safety, quality, time and cost targets and to provide independent oversight of Fleet Operations activities in order to assist the other Fleet Operations department heads in remaining compliant with applicable statute, legislation or local policies.



You will additionally be accountable for:


The role is afull time, permanent position 37 hours a week and will be based onsite at Faslane, Clyde with hybrid working from home arrangements 1 day a week. O
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. Essential experience of the Head of Fleet Compliance :



Qualifications for the Head of Fleet Compliance:


The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC ITAR security clearance for this role.
