An experienced Registered Nurse with a background in elderly and dementia care is required to work as Clinical Lead Nurse of a small nursing home in Devon.

The fully CQC compliant home provides 24 hour care to older people living with age related frailties and dementia in a state-of-the-art setting.

• A contract to work 44 hours per week, covering flexible day shifts
• Fantastic pay rates of up to £52,669.79 depending on experience

As a Clinical Lead, you will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence.  Duties will include managing, monitoring, and overseeing the delivery of clinical and personal care throughout the home.  You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.

The successful candidate for this Clinical Lead post will meet the following criteria:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA
• Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role within a UK care home or elderly and dementia care setting
• Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
• Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
• Enthusiastic, proactive and motivated
