Role: Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Water Sector)
Location: Salford/Hybrid
Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum + car allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a recent history of working on projects attached to UK Water utility companies?

My client, a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team in their Manchester office.

Reporting to the Head of MEICA Design, your role will involve designing large pumping stations and managing fee proposals. You will have the opportunity to lead a team and have a clear progression path within the business.

This is a hybrid role with office attendance required 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will:
·Be a Chartered member of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CEng MICE);
·Possess several years of postgraduate experience;
·Possess a valid CSCS card and full UK Driver's License.
