Summary
Tide Partnership is excited to be supporting a Leading Care Provider in their search for an HR Manager focusing on Employee Experience. This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging workplace environment.
The Role
In this newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the employee journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of both employees and service users. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and departmental stakeholders to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and professional development.
You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to excel in their roles. You will have the autonomy to innovate and implement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organisational success.
