HR Manager - Employee Experience

Barnet, Hybrid

Perm, Full Time

£55,000 - £60,000 p.a

Summary

Tide Partnership is excited to be supporting a Leading Care Provider in their search for an HR Manager focusing on Employee Experience. This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging workplace environment.

The Role

In this newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the employee journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of both employees and service users. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and departmental stakeholders to develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement, well-being, and professional development.

You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to excel in their roles. You will have the autonomy to innovate and implement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organisational success.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement, e.g surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
• Implement initiatives and resources to support employee well-being, including mental health awareness campaigns and wellness activities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive people plan/strategy focused on enhancing the employee experience.
• Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged through various channels.
• Drive efforts to cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration aligned with the company's values.
• Provide support to the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Criteria - Essential:

• CIPD qualified
• Proven experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Job Criteria - Desirable:

• Experience in an HR role within the care sector is highly advantageous
