Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson (Facilities Maintenance)


£28,000 - £32,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression + Pension

Field based role covering local patch.


Ideally located: Kingston-upon-Thames, Twickenham, Isleworth, Richmond, Staines-upon-Thames, Chessington.

Are you a Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson with building maintenance experience looking for a mobile role within a rapidly expanding business who offer excellent training and chances to progress into team leader roles?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with an award winning business where you will work across multiple customer sites in a varied role where no two days will be the same.

In this role you will provide a wide range of general building fabric repairs for one of the businesses most reputable contracts, full training will be provided.

The company are one of the nation's leading facilities management businesses and have an amazing reputation within the industry for looking after their staff, providing specialist training throughout employment and clear routes to progress into more senior posts.

This role would suit a Fabric Technician / General Tradesperson with building maintenance experience looking for a varied mobile role with further training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• General repairs and planned preventative maintenance across multiple customer sites.
• Ongoing specialist training and development opportunities.
• Days based role Monday to Friday (1 in 4 on call).

The Person:

• Fabric Engineer / General Tradesperson.
• Multi-skilled background (training will be provided).
• Full UK Driving License.
