Lead Carpenter - Putney

Our client well established in the high end residential is looking for a Lead Carpenter for ASAP start in Putney. This role is working on the tools and assisting the on-site foreman to manage a small team of trades & labour to drive productivity and ensure quality of work. Rates from £200p/d CIS, 8am-5pm.

Main Duties:

• Managing small team of trades & labour
• 1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
• 2nd fix (Hanging doors, skirting's, architraves and SASH windows etc.)

Requirements:

• Experience on high spec residential projects
• CSCS Card preferred
• NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds preferred
• Must have own full set of tools

Job Details:

• Lead Carpenter
• Putney
• Ongoing work
• 8:00am-5:00pm
• Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available
• Rates from £200p/d CIS
